Elequate Fulfillment Policy

At Elequate, we are committed to delivering high-quality services, ensuring that our customers have full transparency regarding the fulfillment of our offerings. This policy outlines how we fulfill our products and services, including the Elequate SaaS platform, leadership consulting services, and our upcoming Conversion Camp.
1. SaaS Platform Fulfillment
- Access & Delivery: Upon successful subscription and payment, access to the Elequate platform will be provisioned within 24 hours. Customers will receive a confirmation email with login credentials and setup instructions.
- Ongoing Access: Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually, depending on the chosen plan, and access to the platform will continue as long as the subscription remains active and in good standing.
- Support: All customers have access to our support team for technical assistance and onboarding guidance. You can reach support at support@elequate.io.
2. Leadership Consulting Services
- Service Fulfillment: Leadership consulting services are provided as per the agreed schedule between Elequate and the client. Sessions are conducted virtually unless otherwise specified. Any deliverables (e.g., custom reports or strategic plans) will be delivered electronically within the agreed timeframe.
- Scheduling & Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule a consulting session, we request at least 48 hours’ notice. Rescheduling is subject to availability.
- No Refunds Policy: Due to the custom nature of leadership consulting, no refunds will be issued once the service has been delivered. If Elequate cannot fulfill the service due to unforeseen circumstances, we will work with the client to reschedule or issue a service credit.
3. Agent Development Programs (ie. Online Lead Conversion, Agent Leadership, etc.)
- Program Enrollment & Access: Upon enrollment and payment, participants will receive instructions on how to access the virtual classes and course materials. Classes will be conducted live in a virtual setting, and recordings may be provided to participants for future reference.
- Non-refundable Policy: Enrollment fees for Conversion Camp are non-refundable once the program has begun. If a participant is unable to attend a live session, they will have access to the session recordings and materials for a specified period after the program.
- Rescheduling: If Elequate must cancel or reschedule any sessions, participants will be notified in advance, and an alternative date will be provided.
4. Service Modifications or Adjustments
- Changes to Services: Elequate reserves the right to modify the services offered to ensure continuous improvement and to meet customer needs better. Any changes will be communicated to customers in advance.
5. SMS Updates & Opt‑In
- By providing your mobile phone number through your team leader’s Elequate onboarding process, you agree to receive periodic, transactional SMS messages from Elequate regarding your ZHL Dashboard data and lead–status requests. These messages are not promotional in nature.
- First‑Text Confirmation: When you receive your first status‑request SMS, you’ll be asked to confirm your consent. Simply reply YES to begin receiving weekly updates. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP.
